What needs to be understood is manamune is not a good burst/assassin item its much better as a sustained dmg/poke item. That is why its a better item on bruiser kha than assassin. Now while I do think manamune is a good item on bruiser kha the problem lies in you building and stacking manamune before the game is over.Just as survivable as bruiser Kha'Zix if you position right (probably more), does more damage than lethality Kha'Zix. The only reason people don't play this way and abuse Hullbreaker is because no one has told them to yet and the overwhelming majority of players don't think for themselves. I agree thats a shift in playstyle and the feel of a champ, but reliability is what wins the game and assassin kha counts on enemy unreliability to be reliable. That would limit league to ~20champs tho. Q is still on a low cd, and you naturally get AH anyway, and Q only gets bonus dmg in iso, evolved or not, and regardless if youre bruiser or assassin kha, 1v1 vs equally fed or stronger bruiser is still focused on your ability to kite/chase him, which makes W evo superior. I wold recommend playing bruiser kha zix at first to learn the charchter. Take conquerer and healing runes then build warrior blue smite, ravenous hydra, cleaver, deaths dance, steraks etc. Evolve q-w- (e or r depending) This build is a lot more forgiving and still does a ton of damage and its easier for new players.

It just don't let your opponent flee. But if you use your E and your R correctly, nobody can escape from Kha'Zix. Basically, it's kill or be killed. And R/Q evolve help to kill and to not be killed Also, Kha'Zix isn't there to peel anyone. I don't care if my team get engaged, it's even better because it gives me a divertion to rush on the carries

In mid game, R would be on like 40s cooldown on bruiser while on assasin would be at around 60. U just have so much more options to go in with bruiser build. Divine Sunderer does not proc on Kha’s Q. If you want a more bruiser playstyle in the current patch, your best bet is conqueror with eclipse and black cleaver + situationals. He means that low cooldown Q lets him Q+aa to proc it. Eclipse into Black Cleaver into Frozen Heart or DD with Conquerer.

90% of this sub will say that the only evo order is Q>E>W, but R has some very niche usefulness. And it makes Guardian of the Sands actually look kinda cool. Kha'Zix is a Feast or Famine champion. Play him well and it'll be a feast and you'll snowball (hopefully) to victory.

You will want to take R evolve asap to gank easier and escape easily, Q evolve is good early game however once you get 40% cooldown it is not as useful, E evolve is good to get early if you have a few kills. Goredrinker black cleaver kha is good for team fighting tanks/bruisers, eclipse black cleaver/seryldas is good for dueling them, and w max + evolve with utility build (chainsword, serpents, cdr) has incredibly strong anticarry potential if you can’t just outright assassinate who you’re supposed to cause enchanters etc. also idk why ... As lane kha I actually have most success facing other lane assassins. Build will always be situational but generally assassin into squishies and bruiser against tanks or play like me and eclipse into everything because a shield, some lifesteal, %hp magic dmg, and armor pen are all amazing things to add to an already good kit.Assassin kha is honestly not in a great state rn and I would only play the bruiser style with maybe a youmuus or duskblade when I can snowball early on. Bruiser kha has better scaling than most junglers and assassin but at 6 items most mid laners and as carries will still outscale you.
